Mobile welding fume purifier
Used for purifying smoke and dust generated in welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes, as well as recycling rare metals and precious materials, it can purify a large number of small metal particles suspended in the air that are harmful to human health. It has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, low noise, flexible use, and small footprint.
Suitable for workplaces that generate smoke such as arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gas gouging welding, gas fusion cutting, and special welding.
Structural composition
The main components include: universal vacuum arm, vacuum hose, vacuum hood (with air volume regulating valve), flame arrester, polyester film filter element, clean room, dust drawer combination, sound-absorbing cotton, casters with brakes, motor, and electric control box.
Working principle
Through the gravitational force of the fan, welding smoke and exhaust gas are sucked into the inlet of the flue gas purifier through the universal vacuum hood. A flame arrester is installed at the inlet of the equipment, and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester. Smoke and dust gases enter the settling chamber and are first directly lowered to the ash hopper by gravity and upward airflow. Fine particulate smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element. After being filtered and purified by the filter element, clean gas flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element, and clean air is discharged through the outlet to meet the standard.

2. The filter cartridge is made of PTFE polyester coated filter material, which has a long service life and can absorb dust particles of 0.3 μ m.
3. By using a universal suction arm that can move freely 360 degrees, smoke can be removed from the location where it occurs, greatly improving the collection rate of smoke and ensuring the health of workers.
4. The purifier adopts three protective measures against fire hazards and large particle slag inside, making the purifier have a longer service life, safer and more reliable.
5. Clean air is uniformly guided and dispersed from the direction of the grille shaped exhaust outlet, thereby reducing noise to within the standard range.
