Scope of application

working principle
The negative pressure generated by the fan through the smoke and dust enters the purifier through the side and lower exhaust ports, and the airflow enters the guide channel. Large particles of dust collide with the guide plate
After collision, large particles of dust fall into the dust collection drawer under the action of gravity, while dust containing small particles enters the filtering chamber. The dusty gas passes through the filter element through the outer surface of the filter bag, and the dust is blocked by the filter element on its surface. When the blocked dust continues to deposit on the surface of the filter element, the filter element can be cleaned by a manual cleaning structure, or the filter cartridge can be cleaned by pulse blowing to make the dust particles deposited on the filter element detach from the filter element surface under the action of vibration and fall into the dust collection drawer, so that the entire filter element surface is cleaned. The purified air is discharged through the air duct and fan. Unique desktop design, built-in dust removal system, fan sound insulation, no need for pipeline connection, clean air can be circulated and discharged indoors, reducing energy expenses. This workbench can effectively capture fine suspended dust without interfering with the movement and field of view of workers, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized fine processing of irregular parts. It can be connected to specialized smoke purifiers or central smoke systems.
