TO is a direct-fired thermal oxidizer that uses auxiliary fuel combustion to raise the temperature of combustible organic waste gas to the reaction temperature (780-1200℃), thereby causing oxidative decomposition. In a TO unit, we can optionally install a heat exchanger, where cold organic waste gas and purified gas after combustion undergo heat exchange to increase the temperature of the organic waste gas, thereby reducing the amount of auxiliary fuel used and achieving energy-saving effects. Especially when the customer needs waste heat, such as in a painting line drying room, the superiority of the TO unit is greatly demonstrated. For low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gas, a concentration wheel can be optionally installed to increase the waste gas concentration and fully utilize the waste heat from the purified gas after TO combustion to heat the desorbed gas and process waste gas.
