The XTD cyclone ceramic multi-tube dust collector is a new generation of low-resistance dust removal equipment researched and developed by our company. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no blockage, long service life, simple operation and management, no cost, and no secondary pollution. The flue gas outlet can be located on any side according to user requirements.
The dust collector is divided into upper and lower parts (sections). The upper part is the dust removal device, and the lower part is the ash hopper. The flue gas inlet and outlet flanges are located in the upper part. The flange at the top is the outlet, connected to the induced draft fan, and the lower one is the inlet flange, connected to the boiler flue.
Product Principle
This dust collector is a cyclone type dust collector. When dusty gas enters the dust collector, it passes through the ceramic guide tube and rotates at high speed inside the cyclone. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust and gas are separated. The dust falls into the dust collection box and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. The purified gas forms an upward swirl, converges in the collecting chamber through the exhaust pipe, and is discharged from the chimney through the outlet, achieving the dust removal effect.

Common Problem Operation Methods
1. During installation, asbestos rope must be placed between the flanges when connecting them, and tightened with bolts to prevent air leakage and affect the dust removal efficiency.
2. After putting it into use, ash must be discharged on time, generally no more than 4 hours at a time, to prevent excessive dust accumulation in the dust collection box.
3. The design and using unit should select the dust collector according to the boiler's exhaust volume and flue gas flow rate, and provide the space around the boiler dust collector for the using unit.
4. When discharging ash, the induced draft fan must be turned off first. The ash discharge port must not be struck with a hammer. Regularly check whether the ash discharge port is sealed and unobstructed. Mechanical ash discharge does not require turning off the induced draft fan and can be discharged continuously.
